Directly with our customer service bonjour@nooance-paris.com undertakes to answer you within 48 to 72 working hours (excluding public holidays, weekends and vacation periods communicated by NOOANCE in advance).

We invite you to contact our customer service bonjour@nooance-paris.com to organize together the return of the package and the replacement of the product. In this specific case, deliveries (return + new shipment) will be at NOOANCE's expense. A return form will be sent to you by e-mail. You will have to print it, stick it on the package and drop off the package at a relay point or La Poste following the instructions provided. Please return the products as they are so that they can be checked by our quality department.
