The General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to the online sale of NOOANCE products on the site nooance-paris.com , (hereinafter the site) to which access is open.
Scope of application of the General Conditions of Sale
The General Terms and Conditions exclusively govern online sales contracts for NOOANCE products (hereinafter professional seller) to buyers having the status of consumers (hereinafter consumers) and constitute with the online order the contractual documents enforceable against the parties, the exclusion of all other documents, prospectuses, catalogs or photographs of the products which have only indicative value.
The General Conditions of Sale are exclusively applicable to products delivered to consumers established in France and internationally.
The General Terms and Conditions are drawn up as well as all the contractual information mentioned on the site in French.
Availability and opposability of the General Conditions of Sale
The General Terms and Conditions are made directly available to consumers on the seller's website. The General Conditions of Sale are enforceable against the consumer who acknowledges, by checking a box provided for this purpose, having been aware of them and having accepted them before placing an order.

Stock availability

DELIVERY
Delivery means the transfer to the consumer of physical possession of the good.

Under normal conditions, the professional seller will process the order as quickly as possible from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. NOOANCE undertakes to ship orders within 24 working hours following validation of the order and subject to available stocks.

The prepared order will be delivered to La Poste or its subsidiaries (Colissimo, Chronopost, etc.) or to Mondial Relay, at the customer's choice, for delivery within 2 to 3 days in Metropolitan France or Belgium.
Orders destined abroad will also be sent by La Poste or its subsidiaries and delivered by their local partner. Delivery times differ depending on region or country of delivery.
Orders validated before midday are processed the same day and delivered by La Poste to the address indicated. After 12 p.m., delivery will be made in the evening of the next working day. In the event of impossibility of delivery due to the customer, NOOANCE cannot be held responsible.
In order to facilitate delivery of the order by the carrier, the customer undertakes to make the necessary efforts to enable delivery of the package: name visible on the mailbox, transmission of the digital code, telephone number.
Late delivery
In the event of a delivery delay of more than 5 working days, the customer must inform NOOANCE customer service who will implement the necessary and appropriate actions.
Place of delivery
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the order form.
Product compliance
If the product does not conform to the order, the consumer must send a complaint to the professional seller with a view to obtaining replacement of the product or possibly resolution of the sale.
Transfer of ownership
From the delivery date indicated in the order form, ownership of the product is transferred to the buyer, except in the case where full payment of the price has not been collected when ordering.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has a right of return of fourteen days from receipt of his order to return any item that does not suit him and request an exchange or refund with the exception of return costs which remain his responsibility.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised through our customer service directly from our website in the “Contact us” section. We will immediately send you an acknowledgment of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (for example, by email).
Returns must be made in their original and complete condition allowing them to be remarketed in new condition. Any product opened or damaged by the consumer will not be taken back.
In the event of withdrawal, NOOANCE will reimburse all payments received. Either by re-crediting the consumer's bank card or Paypal account, or by bank transfer depending on the method of payment for the order.
NOOANCE may defer reimbursement until receipt and verification of the products.

NOOANCE processes consumer information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
NOOANCE cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use of its products.
