frequently asked Questions
What are the two types of modes?

The FlexiDôme Pro offers two modes to meet
different skin needs:

Fashion
Anti-Aging
: Uses red (633 nm) and infrared (830 nm) light
to stimulate collagen production, improve elasticity and
promote cell regeneration.

Clear Skin Mode:
Combines red light (633 nm) and blue light (415 nm) to treat
imperfections.

Which mode is best suited to my skin?

The choice of mode depends on your specific needs:

  • Anti-Aging Fashion: if you want to reduce the signs of aging, such as
wrinkles and loss of elasticity. This mode stimulates the production of collagen
    and regenerates cells.
  • Clear Skin Mode: if you have blemishes. This mode targets the
acne-causing bacteria while reducing inflammation and
    improving skin texture.

If you are unsure, consider consulting a professional for a
personalized advice.

What are the benefits of the FlexiDôme Pro?

The FlexiDôme Pro offers several benefits for the skin:

  • Reduction of signs of aging:improves skin elasticity, reduces wrinkles and stimulates collagen production.
  • Cellular regeneration:increases ATP production, promoting repair and regeneration of skin tissues.
  • Improvement of microcirculation:Infrared light optimizes oxygenation and cell repair.
  • Treatment of imperfections:eliminates acne-causing bacteria while reducing inflammation and promoting clearer, smoother skin.
Is it dangerous to use blue light?

Blue light can be safe when used correctly and with adequate protection. In the case of the FlexiDôme Pro, wearing protective glasses is mandatory when using mode 2 with blue light (415 nm) to avoid any risk to the eyes. Used appropriately, it is effective in treating blemishes by targeting the bacteria responsible, without harming the skin.

Is it dangerous if it touches my skin?

No, there is no immediate risk if the FlexiDôme Pro comes into contact with the skin. However, for optimal results and safe use, it is recommended to maintain a distance of 5 to 7 cm. This distance ensures that the session, which lasts 10 minutes, takes place in optimal conditions of safety and effectiveness.

Is the FlexiDôme Pro portable?

No, the FlexiDôme Pro is not portable. It must be used plugged into the mains to ensure the power needed for its effectiveness. Its use is therefore fixed, but this ensures optimal results during each session.

How long should I use the FlexiDôme Pro?

We recommend using the FlexiDôme Pro for 30 minutes per week, divided into 3 sessions of 10 minutes each.

Do I need glasses to use the FlexiDôme Pro?

The FlexiDôme Pro offers two light modes. In mode 1, which uses red and infrared lights, there is no risk to the eyes. In fact, some scientific studies even suggest that these lights could help slow vision decline, although more research is still needed to confirm these benefits.

However, in mode 2, where red and blue lights are combined, it is imperative to wear protective glasses when blue light is activated, as it can be harmful to the eyes without adequate protection.

Can I use the FlexiDome Pro if I am pregnant?

Due to the precautionary principle and restrictions regarding testing on pregnant or breastfeeding women in France, we do not recommend using the FlexiDôme Pro during pregnancy or breastfeeding. For any specific questions, it is always best to consult your doctor.

Can I use the FlexiDôme Pro longer than the indicated time?

There is no danger in using the FlexiDôme Pro beyond the recommended time, but beyond a certain threshold, your skin will not benefit further from prolonged use. We therefore advise you to follow the instructions in the leaflet to obtain the best results.

Can I use Nooance LED masks in parallel?

Yes, it is entirely possible to use LED masks in parallel, without contraindication.

However, it is important to note that maximum effectiveness is reached after 30 minutes for the FlexiDôme Pro and the Professional mask, and 50min for the ACCESS + mask and 30 to 60 minutes for the Multifunction Mask. Beyond these durations, although additional sessions are not harmful, they become useless, because the cells are saturated and will not derive more benefits.

What is the difference between the FlexiDôme Pro and the Multi-function Mask?

To know the detailed differences between FlexiDôme Pro and Nooance LED masks, please consult the comparison table. It will provide you with all the information about the features and benefits of each model.
